The open concept of the loft featuring 1472 SF +/- allows for many options to set up living and a sleeping area.
Included in the monthly rent is the heat, hot water and cooking gas. The heating is forced hot water baseboard and is individually controlled.
Central air conditioning is ducted throughout the loft. Durable wood laminate flooring is featured throughout the main living space.
A modern open kitchen features plenty of cabinet space and a full complement of appliances including: gas stove/range, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with built-in ice maker.
Adjoining the entryway is the loft's bathroom featuring tile flooring, jacuzzi tub with shower head, bathroom vanity and task lighting. Also found in the bathroom is the unit's washer/dryer. Along the entry hall is a large built-in closet that offers plenty of storage areas and options.
Unique to the A/B units at 717 Atlantic are the large vault style doors, reminiscent of the loft's past as a cold fur storage building.
All moves in and out of the building must be coordinated with the buildings management. The move in and move out fee are paid by the landlord.
Each floor is accessed via a large industrial steel designed passenger elevator reminiscent of the freight elevator originally used in the building. Please note, wall colors have changed since this photoshoot.
The lobby area features the original floors and fire doors, recalling the building's industrial past.
Access to the lobby is controlled via a double door key entrance and ButterflyMX video intercom property access system and app. Other building amenities include secure off-street mailboxes and recycling.
This historic neighborhood is also across from South Station, is close to the Red and Silver Lines and has easy access to 93N and 93S as well as 90E and 90W. The building's location allows for a quick commute to Boston's Logan Airport. Parking options in the neighborhood are residential permit and rental garage parking.
