The Lofts at 437 D Street is one of the early loft renovation projects in the City, sitting on the edge of Fort Point, Seaport and South Boston neighborhoods.

Along the exterior wall to the sleeping dens is an area that is perfect for placing a television and seating area.

The expansive space allows for many living areas: living, dining, home office area.

Utilities are not included and the tenant is responsible for gas, electric and cable/internet. Gas forced hot air heating and central air conditioning are ducted throughout the loft.

A modern custom-designed kitchen features stainless appliances.

The kitchen island includes additional cabinetry and plenty of work surfaces.

Overhead lighting adds to the unique design of the space.

The build-out of the L-shaped kitchen makes for an efficient + functional workspace.

The island serves as both a great breakfast bar and a dining room table.

The amount of space in this nearly 1500 SF loft allows for a large dining table and chairs, perfect for entertaining.

A common BBQ area complete with gas-fired griller is available for all residents.

Residents can take the elevator to the top of the building to enjoy the large common roof deck.

The building features two levels of parking. One tandem parking space, located on the first level, is included in the rent.

The building is professionally managed and is secured with a safety alarm + sprinkler system. Since this photo shoot, there have been improvements to the lobby with art work added.

A stair-lift provides disabled access from the entrance to the lobby of the 437 D Street loft condominiums.

Adjoining the lobby is a secure, off-street mail room.
