The 111 Beach Street loft condominium building was a recent conversion project in the heart of Boston's historic Leather District.

The build-out of the lofts feature exposed brick and 10 foot ceilings supported by the original heavy wood timbers.
The existing hardwood flooring will be retained in the majority of units.

Each unit is fitted with its own water source heat pump that distributes both central heating + AC throughout the loft.

Exposed ceiling beams throughout the building have been treated with fire retardant paint and finished in a neutral color within each unit.
Life safety systems, e.g., smoke/heat detectors, automated sprinklers, fire alarm and emergency lighting are newly installed throughout the building.
The main bedroom suite easily accommodates a queen-size bed with an additional sitting area.
Bedroom features a large wardrobe/closet and a full bathroom ensuite.

An additional basement storage unit will be available to each unit owner beginning in February 2005.
Alternatively, the room can serve as an ideal home office or private study.

The building is pre-wired for Satellite TV and high-speed internet access.
The larger units within the 111 Beach Street loft condo development feature a 2nd full bathroom.
The 2nd full bathroom features a soaking tub/shower unit, granite tile flooring and tub surround, vanity with black granite countertop and matching black undermount sink.
Adjoining the entrance foyer to the loft is a utility room that houses the unit's laundry facilities.
Each unit's utility room can accommodate self-venting dryers only.

The developer suggests the Bosch Axxis washer and condensation dryer model.
Adjacent to the utility/laundry room is a wall-mounted Iron-A-Way ironing center.
