Built new in 2006, the Lofts @ 36A Street is a 6 story steel, concrete + brick constructed building, located in South Boston's residential conversion mecca.

Adjacent to the master sleeping area is a through-way to the entrance hallway.

The through-way also provides access to a 2nd full bathroom and an additional walk-in storage closet.
The 2nd full bathroom features concrete flooring, vanity and a tub/shower unit.
The tub/shower unit is finished with a porcelain tiling tub surround.
Opposite the bathroom entrance is the 2nd-of-2 walk-in storage closets.
Opening the French doors reveals a sizable storage space that could also serve as an optional home office den.
The soffit over the storage den holds the air handler for the heating and air conditioning.
All units are pre-wired for cable, satellite TV and high speed internet access.
A coat closet is conveniently located by the entrance to the unit.
